Caroline Mageni is an associate at Dentons East African Law Chambers focusing on tax law, advising clients on tax compliance and successfully representing them before the Tax Revenue Appeals Board and Tribunal. She also covers corporate commercial law, labour and employment matters, and civil litigation, helping clients navigate complex legal requirements and make informed business decisions in Tanzania. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kampala International University and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania, and she is admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
