About Isaac Lupi

Isaac Lupi is an associate who specialises in corporate and commercial practices especially in investments, landed property and securities, employment law, immigration, mining, oil and gas, mergers and acquisitions. He serves both as legal counsel and adviser, assisting clients with corporate and regulatory compliance. He is competent in tax advisory across various industries such as energy and extractives, banking and finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and consumer business. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Dar es Salaam and is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
