About Thomas Sipemba

Thomas Sipemba is a partner at Dentons EALC East African Law Chambers and heads the energy and natural resources unit and advises on corporate and commercial law matters. He is one of the leading mining lawyers in Tanzania. With knowledge and expertise gained from his role as in-house counsel for a prominent mining company in Tanzania he brings extensive experience in high-value mining, oil, gas, energy and environmental projects. He holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam. Thomas is a member of Tanganyika Law Society, East Africa Law Society, and Zanzibar Law Society.
