About Kimberley Wong

Kimberley Wong is a partner leading Wynn Williams’ Corporate Advisory and M&A team. She advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate governance, shareholder arrangements and board matters. Her funds practice includes establishing and funding private equity and private debt funds, including limited partnerships in the agricultural sector. Kimberley has worked on complex cross-border transactions in New Zealand and the UK, and regularly advises international clients on New Zealand’s overseas investment regime and obtaining consent.
