About Hayley Buckley

Hayley Buckley is a partner in Wynn Williams’ Corporate Advisory and M&A team. She advises large corporates, private equity funds and management teams on domestic and cross-border transactions, governance, capital markets, complex sales and major commercial contracts. Hayley serves on Mainfreight and SCG Legal’s board of directors, a global network of independent law firms. A former NZX Future Director, she is qualified to practise in New Zealand, England and Wales.
