Jasper Fawcett is a senior associate within Wynn Williams’ dispute resolution team, specialising in competition/antitrust, consumer, public and regulatory law. He has considerable experience advising on investigations and prosecutions by New Zealand regulators including the Commerce Commission and the Financial Markets Authority, and regularly advises clients on public law issues, Commerce Act and Fair Trading Act compliance, and other regulatory matters, as well as statutory liability and indemnity issues in the insurance space.
