About Maria Nieto

Maria Nieto is a senior associate in Wynn Williams’ Corporate Advisory and M&A team. She advises New Zealand and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, business structuring, corporate governance and cross-border operations, particularly in the technology, transportation and retail sectors. Maria previously worked as in-house commercial counsel for a listed company in Mexico and New York, and at firms in Mexico City and Auckland. Admitted in New Zealand and Mexico, she is fluent in English and Spanish and is a member of the Latin America New Zealand Business Council.
