Prior to joining the firm, Alasdair trained and qualified at King & Wood Mallesons LLP (legacy SJ Berwin). His experience covers a wide range disputes in the High Court and Court of Appeal as well as LCIA arbitration, including disputes involving complex financial derivatives, regulatory investigations, energy infrastructure projects and property investments. Alasdair has significant experience advising on international cases involving a number of jurisdictions including Europe, China, CIS, Africa and the Middle East. He has also acted on contentious fraud and regulatory matters involving the FCA, the FBI and the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He has contributed to a number of legal press articles and publications including the International Comparative Legal Guide.
