is a senior associate at Signature Litigation LLP, where he specialises in high-value commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings, often involving multi-jurisdictional issues. Prior to joining the firm, Guy was an associate in the dispute resolution department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where he also undertook his training contract. Guy is a solicitor-advocate with Rights of Audience in the Higher Courts of England and Wales and his litigation experience includes high-profile and precedent setting cases before the Chancery and Queen's Bench Divisions (including the Commercial Court) of the High Court and the Court of Appeal. His arbitration experience includes proceedings under the LCIA, ICC and ICSID Convention arbitration rules. Guy also has significant experience of advising global corporations, including commercial and investment banks, on contentious regulatory matters and internal investigations. He has acted for clients on matters involving, among others, the FCA, the SFO, the LSE, the EC, the DOJ, the SEC, the AMF and BaFIN. As such he has a keen understanding of the interplay between civil litigation, regulatory investigations and criminal investigations. Guy has also undertaken secondments to the Litigation and Regulatory teams of a multi-national investment bank and one of the world's largest banks (as well as to his previous firm's offices in Italy, Germany and Belgium).
