About Daniel Marhewka

Daniel Marhewka is co-head of the energy and natural resources group and a partner in the Munich office of Fieldfisher. He advises on corporate and energy law, with particular expertise in advising clients on energy and infrastructure transactions. Furthermore, he deals with M&A, private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions regularly. Predominantly, he works on international and cross-border transactions. Daniel advises on all aspects of corporate and energy law, with a specific focus on the renewable energy sector, where he already has been involved in 5,000 MW of solar and wind projects in Europe and internationally.
