About Mable Chakoleka

Mable Chakoleka is a partner at Nchito & Nchito, and has expertise in corporate and commercial advisory, litigation, corporate insolvency, family law, and regulation and compliance. She has successfully conducted numerous legal due diligence processes for prominent international financial institutions, and provides company secretarial services to major banks and chemical companies. Recently, she provided legal counsel to a UK-based lender on a USD3 million facility to a Zambian microfinance institution, and participated in mining-related shareholder negotiations with the government of Zambia. Mable possesses an LLB from the University of Zambia, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting.
