About Christoph Schröder

Christoph Schröder focuses on medical technology, electrical engineering, mobile communications, automotive engineering and mechanics. He prepares patent applications in these fields (for example, for cardiac pacemaker systems, infusion pumps, magnetic locks, vehicle components such as door and seat adjustment systems, and electrical connector systems) and accompanies grant proceedings before the relevant patent offices in Germany and abroad. With many years of experience, he advises and represents clients in infringement proceedings – for example, in the field of mobile communications and connectivity – in all instances before German courts. He also heads a working group for the training of paralegals.
