About Nermine Tahoun

Nermine Tahoun is the founder and managing partner of Tahoun Law Firm. With over 25 years’ experience, Dr Tahoun has established herself as a prominent figure in corporate law, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, concession and PPPs. She played a pivotal role in drafting Egypt’s PPP Law and other concession model agreements, and successfully led the legal team for the first PPP project in the MENA region. She is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, among other professional bodies. Her expertise spans energy, infrastructure, industrial business, tourism and financial services.
