David built a strong reputation as a disputes lawyer in London at SJ Berwin (now King and Wood Mallesons) and then Olswang (now CMS), where he was head of commercial litigation and then managing partner, until he left in 2014 to join G&P. David has broad disputes and transactional experience. At G&P David deploys his international disputes expertise and builds the firm’s offshore practice. David is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR accredited mediator, and has 28 years of experience working in international firms on diverse, complex matters.
