About Dr Fawaz Alkhateeb

Dr Fawaz Alkhateeb is the managing partner at Taher Group Law Firm Co. Admitted to practice before all Kuwaiti courts, including the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, he holds a PhD in Finance Law from Durham University. Dr Alkhateeb’s career spans over 14 years, with expertise in corporate law and financial markets. Throughout his distinguished career, he has chaired multiple legal committees. In 2022, he received an appointment as a financial advisor to the Office of the Finance Minister. In addition, he’s a registered legal guardian and arbitrator. His work involves financial law, corporate law, corporate crimes and criminal law, with numerous research papers to his credit.
