About Hillary Bunsow

Hillary Bunsow is a senior associate at Bunsow De Mory and the firm’s pro bono co-ordinator. Her practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property-related disputes and counselling. Hillary has a thriving copyright practice and has led enforcement campaigns for major entertainment companies and creators. She played a critical role in virtually every win the firm enjoyed in 2023, leading the charge on damages in two patent infringement cases and helping secure injunctions in trade secret matters. Hillary is a member of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association and serves on the organisation’s Diversity Committee.
