About Peter Dyer

Peter Dyer is a partner at Wåhlin Advokater and has extensive experience in general business law, with a focus on M&A transactions, financing arrangements and joint ventures. He advises several international exploration and mining companies, and has negotiated a wide range of commercial contracts for the mining industry and also regarding infrastructure projects, including power plants, cable construction, railway development and build-operate-transfer projects. Many of his clients are international entities with Swedish subsidiaries or other companies with cross-border projects. Peter also represents clients in major commercial disputes.
