About Ralph Melles Sticca

Ralph Melles Sticca is the founding partner of PSAA, with 25 years of experience in the agribusiness sector assisting clients with corporate governance, tax consultancy and litigation, contract and corporate laws, commercial and civil litigation, and with financial and accounting issues in M&A operations and international transactions. He holds a PhD and a master’s degree in controlling and accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP), and degrees in business administration and in accounting, also from USP. He is also a specialist in tax (IBET) and in international tax (Sheltons-SITTI). Since 2008, he has taught law, business and accounting subjects in MBA courses at USP.
