A founding partner who is experienced in banking and finance, capital markets and dispute resolution, István advises clients in transactional and operational matters, and participates in projects financed or organised by the State. He has a significant litigation practice, with a special focus on litigation relating to banking activities, and has had work published in several books and journals that are related to the practice of securitisation law. István, who began his career as internal counsel at the Hungarian central bank, is a member of the Budapest Bar Association and the Association of Hungarian Lawyers.
