About Zsófia Biró

Zsófia Biró joined Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori as a junior associate in 2021 and she is a core member of the capital markets department. Zsófia is involved in all major projects related to capital markets, including establishment and licensing procedures, advisory on compliance issues, shareholder structure restructuring, and AML law.
