About Myra Nader Cowasjee

Myra Nader Cowasjee is an advocate of the subordinate courts of Pakistan. She regularly advises on corporate and commercial transactions, both domestic and trans-border, pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, project financing, foreign direct investment, securities and takeover, and anti-trust/competition. Most notably, Myra played a role in the team acting for a global commodities trading company of Switzerland in its acquisition of a 50% stake in one of the largest oil marketing companies in Pakistan. She also recently advised in relation to a change in shareholding of two independent power producers incorporated in Pakistan. Myra completed her LLB at the University of London in 2022.
