Roja Ahuja
is an advocate of the subordinate courts of Pakistan who advises on corporate, commercial and civil law matters. Her areas of practice include M&A, project financing, foreign exchange regulations, competition law, oil and gas, and labour and employment law. Roja works closely with clients to structure and execute M&A, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and providing strategic advice to navigate complex legal and commercial landscapes. She also advises on project financing matters, helping businesses secure the necessary capital and navigate the regulatory aspects of large-scale projects. Roja completed her LLB at Queen Mary University of London, and her legal practice course at BPP University, London.
