Robert J Bernstein
founded his solo practice in 2004, and has specialised in copyright and trade mark litigation and counselling for 39 years. Mr Bernstein’s firm also includes mediation, transactional matters, including licensing and other contracts, and copyright and trade mark registrations. His diverse clients include composers, music publishers, musicians, authors, book publishers, and photographers, as well as companies in various industries that own or license software and trade marks. Mr Bernstein served as President of the Copyright Society of the USA and remains an Honorary Trustee and member of its Executive Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Copyright Law Committee of the American Intellectual Property Association. Mr Bernstein co-authors the Copyright Law column of the New York Law Journal.
