heads the intellectual property practice at Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLC in New York, and has been practising in the areas of copyright, trade mark, litigation, and IP licensing for over 25 years. Mr Clarida advises clients in a wide range of industries including software, film, music, photography and publishing, and has litigated a number of high-profile copyright disputes and federal appeals. He co-authors the regular copyright law column in the New York Law Journal, teaches a seminar at Columbia Law School, and is author of the treatise Copyright Law Deskbook (2d ed., 2016).
