About Muyiwa Ogungbenro

Muyiwa Ogungbenro is a partner and head of dispute resolution at Olajide Oyewole LLP (DLA Piper Africa, Nigeria). He is dogged and dynamic, and has worked in project finance, tax, dispute resolution, and oil and gas. Muyiwa and his team led Samsung Heavy Industries to victory in the six consolidated arbitration proceedings against the LADOL Group at the London Court of International Arbitration. He also led the team that assisted Deltatek in challenging termination of a pipeline construction contract by an international oil and gas company.
