Dr Kian Tauser
is a partner in the Frankfurt office of McDermott Will & Emery heading the local transaction tax and fund formation practice. He provides transaction-centred advice to groups, financial institutions, private equity houses and fund initiators. Kian specialises in tax and regulatory advice on M&A, real estate transactions, reorganisations, fund formations, management participations and tax audits. He is a frequent author and speaker on tax and fund formation issues. Kian is qualified as a lawyer (since 2000) as well as a chartered tax adviser (since 2004).
