About Mirjam Büsch

Mirjam Büsch is an associate at McDermott Will & Emery in Düsseldorf and member of the regulatory practice group. She advises clients on all aspects of public law, including administrative, regulatory and constitutional law. The focus of her legal practice is to provide comprehensive advice on issues at the interface of public law and real estate; eg, public construction law and environmental law in a transaction context. In this field, she also advises on all questions of subsidy law and foreign trade. Regarding foreign trade, she focuses on German investment control law and administrative proceedings with the BMWi.
