About Juan Berton Moreno

Juan Berton Moreno is a partner at Berton Moreno IP Law and has been working in IP since 1993. Juan represents all types of clients in a wide variety of industries and has vast experience of trade marks (principally in prosecution and handling local and international portfolios) and copyrights, as well as sports and entertainment law. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (and vice-chair of its Public Information Committee), the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (where he acts as the treasurer of the board of directors), the European Communities Trade Mark Association (where he is a member of the Publications Committee), and the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI). Juan graduated as a lawyer from the Catholic University of Argentina.
