About Shazil Ibrahim

Shazil Ibrahim is a partner at Chima & Ibrahim and is the head of new projects and technology. He regularly leads multimillion dollar M&A and other large-scale transactions. Recent examples of his work include advising VEON on its USD273 million acquisition of a 15% stake in Jazz from the Dhabi Group, and advising Avanceon Limited on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of EmpiricAI from Dawood Hercules. Shazil advises across various industries, such as technology, telecoms, energy, financial services, FMCG, fertiliser, etc. He is licensed to appear before the high courts of Pakistan.
