Arianna Zurita Farías is an intellectual property lawyer based in Ecuador and global director of the intellectual property unit at VIVANCO & VIVANCO. Her practice focuses on trade mark protection, enforcement and portfolio management, advising clients on registration strategies, oppositions, cancellations and infringement matters. She has experience handling complex trade mark issues and developing protection strategies across various industries, combining legal analysis with a practical, business-oriented approach. Arianna is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), where she serves on the Trademark Administrators Committee, and is co-founder and president of FriendshIP, an initiative supporting intellectual property practitioners in Latin America.
