About Darío Vicuña

Darío Vicuña is the director of contracts and real estate at VIVANCO & VIVANCO. He leads the contractual advisory area, managing approximately 800 contracts annually. His expertise focuses on the integral development of real estate projects, including the structuring of real estate vehicles – from the laying of the first stone to the final delivery of properties to buyers. Additionally, Darío provides legal support in regulatory matters such as anti-money laundering, antitrust and data protection. He holds a Master’s in Corporate Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar and a Law degree from Universidad Central del Ecuador.
