About Denis Olarou

Denis Olarou is a partner at Carey Olsen who advises on all aspects of insolvency litigation. His practice also encompasses general commercial litigation, including disputes arising from fraud, shareholder and joint venture conflicts, professional negligence, and general contract and tort claims. Denis has also represented clients in commercial and investment treaty international arbitrations. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
