About Daniela Sousa Marques

Daniela Sousa Marques joined ALC Advogados, a member of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle, in January 2023. She is also a principal associate at Morais Leitão and a member of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle. She began her career with several national and foreign companies in the areas of labour law, both in terms of individual labour relations and collective labour and social security relations, having also represented such companies in labour and social security litigation. In recent years, she has been involved in international and cross-border transactions relating to Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions (namely Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique).
