About Claudio Barbosa

Claudio Barbosa is a senior partner and practising lawyer at Kasznar Leonardos, and spearheads the firm’s specialised patent litigation and counselling team. With decades of experience tackling intricate IP-related issues, Claudio is a highly accomplished lawyer. He advises clients on patents, trade marks, copyright, data protection, and IP-related contractual matters. Claudio is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), and the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents. He holds a Doctorate from the University of São Paulo – USP (2007), two Master of Laws from USP (2001) and George Washington University – GWLaw (2000), and a Bachelor of Laws from USP (1994).
