About Jorge Tinoco

Jorge Tinoco is an associate lawyer in Kasznar Leonardos’ specialised patent litigation and counselling team. Jorge’s areas of practice involve mostly electrical and mechanical sciences, and his background on international law and conflicts of law provides particular insight into cross-border disputes. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and is currently a Master of Laws (LLM, International Commercial Law) candidate at the University of São Paulo – USP, while also holding a Post-Graduate Degree in International Law from the University of Fortaleza – UNIFOR (2023) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte – UFRN (2022).
