Viviane de Medeiros Trojan is a partner and practising lawyer at Kasznar Leonardos and heads the firm’s specialised patent litigation and counselling team. With over a decade’s experience, Viviane assists high-profile clients navigate complex disputes across diverse commercial fields. She has increasingly focused on highly intricate life sciences matters, notably the enforcement of pharmaceutical patents and plant varieties certificates. A member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association, and the Brazilian Association of Wine Law (ABDVIN), she holds a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, a Post-Graduate Degree in Civil Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal Fluminense University.
