About Sheena Ainerukundo

Sheena Ainerukundo is an associate at ABMAK Associates, specialising in energy, infrastructure, project finance and corporate advisory. She is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate courts thereto. Sheena is the lead associate handling all corporate-related matters and transactions, advising on M&A, corporate structuring, reorganisations, corporate governance and corporate due diligence. She is part of the energy and infrastructure team, advising on environmental compliance and project finance advisory, and has participated in advising project developers on the Ugandan law aspects of financing. Sheena is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
