About Joanna Bogdanska

Joanna Bogdanska is a partner at KW Kruk and Partners Law Firm and has more than ten years' experience in commercial litigation, complex fraud and asset recovery litigation. She is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process and routinely acts as lead counsel on litigation, judgment enforcement, fraud, cross-border insolvency and asset tracing matters, often working on cases involving parallel civil and criminal proceedings, both domestically and internationally.
