About John Ellis

John Ellis devotes his practice at Ufberg & Associates to management-side labour and employment law. He focuses on risk management and prevention related to wage and hour issues, discrimination, discriminatory harassment and related workplace investigations, employee discipline, disability accommodation, leaves of absence, reductions in force, hiring issues, employee privacy and other employment-related issues. He actively participates in the firm’s client training arm, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on labour and employment law issues. John has represented employers before the NLRB, EEOC, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Commission, Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review and other state agencies.
