About Adèle Maier

Adèle Maier joined Bouchara & Avocats as an associate in April 2017 and has been a partner of the firm since January 2022. She previously worked for several intellectual property firms. Adèle advises and defends clients in all intellectual property matters. She holds an LLM in intellectual property and information technology law from Fordham University School of Law in New York, and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2015 and the Paris Bar in 2017. She is a member of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – Association of Practitioners of Trademarks and Design Law) and INTA (International Trademark Association).
