About Lora Terzieva

Lora Terzieva is an attorney-at-law and member of the Sofia Bar Association. She has experience in tax litigation and supporting clients in tax checks and audits, as well as in international tax procedures and tax refund proceedings. She has represented Bulgarian and international clients in court proceedings and has been involved in several cases before Court of Justice of the European Union. Lora focuses on indirect taxes, the healthcare industry, energy, banking and finance. She brings strong policy experience and recognised SAF‑T expertise, and is currently advising and supporting clients in their SAF‑T implementation journey, combining deep regulatory insight with hands‑on technical expertise.
