About Milen Raikov

Milen Raikov is the EY tax and law partner at EY Law Partnership Bulgaria and has more than 20 years in tax advisory and controversy practice. He has in-depth knowledge and experience, with key expertise in the area of indirect taxes. He has led a number of policy projects related to EU accession and harmonisation with EU law and has worked on policy projects in Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, Kosovo in the fields of taxation, data privacy, civil procedures and insolvency, and healthcare. Milen has established the tax controversy practice of EY in Bulgaria and has led a large number of court cases, including successful cases before the Court of Justice of the EU.
