Sherzod Abdulkasimov is an international arbitrator and expert in legal regulation of digital technologies, a founding and co-managing partner at PraeLegal Uzbekistan, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). His practice covers international arbitration, construction and real estate, crypto investigation and asset recovery, cybersecurity, defamation and intelligence, digital assets and Web3, GR and public affairs, M&A, JVs and corporate reorganisations, among others. He has represented clients before leading arbitral institutions, including the ICC, the LCIA, LCAM, VIAC, the ICAC RUz, the ICAC RF and TIAC, and has recovered over USD50 million in international proceedings.
