About Marcin Wojtasik

Marcin Wojtasik is a real estate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising on commercial leasing, property transactions and construction-related matters, with particular strength in complex lease negotiations for industrial, logistics and warehouse facilities (including multi-tenant and build-to-suit (BTS) projects) as well as office and retail premises. He supports clients on both contractual issues and administrative procedures, ensuring that operational requirements are reflected in enforceable documentation. Marcin also advises on real estate financing workstreams, including loan documentation and security packages. He regularly publishes and delivers training sessions on real estate law and works fluently in both Polish and English.
