Kay Hechaime is an international lawyer in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s Abu Dhabi office. Kay focuses on corporate and financial matters, including capital markets, M&A, private equity and restructurings. Kay joined the firm as an international lawyer in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Kay worked in a leading law firm in Lebanon, and at the World Bank Group in Washington DC.
