Olisa Maduegbuna
is an associate in the corporate team in Cleary Gottlieb’s Abu Dhabi office. His practice focuses on private equity and cross-border M&A, investment funds and general corporate and financial transactions. He represents a wide range of corporates, asset managers and investment banks, as well as Middle East sovereign wealth funds across a wide range of sectors and geographies. Olisa joined the firm in 2019 and was resident in Cleary’s London office before joining the Abu Dhabi office in 2021.
