About Mohamed Taha

Mohamed Taha is a senior associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton with extensive experience in equity and debt capital markets, liability management transactions, M&A and general corporate practice. Mohamed joined the firm in December 2014 and has since represented issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in equity offerings across the US, Europe and the Middle East. Mohamed also represents sovereign wealth funds and multinational corporations (including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, OCI, TPG, and Veolia) on a wide range of transactional work. He is also a co-founder of 10BE5 Ltd, a legal tech start-up that develops capital markets-focused software solutions in collaboration with Cleary.
