Raghib Masrur
is an associate in the corporate team in Cleary Gottlieb’s Abu Dhabi office. His practice focuses on M&A, general corporate transactions and financial regulation. He has advised clients on a broad range of high-profile JV matters and M&A transactions on both the buy-side and the sell-side, with a particular focus on financial institutions and investment funds. Since his relocation to the GCC six years ago, Raghib has also been involved in a number of ground-breaking transactions in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
