About Arthur Dong

Arthur Dong has worked as a PRC lawyer for more than 20 years. He focuses on complex international commercial arbitration and litigation. His expertise covers a wide spectrum, including international trade, cross-border investments, M&A, technology transfer, intellectual property protection, distribution and franchise disputes, and antitrust private litigation. Arthur has acted as legal counsel under various institutional arbitration rules, such as those of CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC and ICDR. He has also represented clients in ad hoc arbitrations. In addition, Arthur is a panel arbitrator at all the major arbitration institutions in Asia. He regularly acts as legal expert on Chinese law before court judges and arbitral tribunals in different jurisdictions.
