Dr Zhan Hao
is a partner at AnJie Law Firm. He has obtained a PhD in law and conducted postdoctoral research on microeconomics. He is an arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the vice president of the Competition Commission of the ICC China. He has represented clients in mega-mergers, such as the ChemChina/Syngenta acquisition, which was the largest ever foreign acquisition by a state-owned enterprise and filed in dozens of jurisdictions. Dr Zhan has published several books on merger control.
